1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that advance booking is necessary. To book, please email [email protected] and quote your unique reference code, found at the bottom of this voucher, along with your preferred arrival date, and our team will be happy to assist with your booking. The Residence Suite is subject to availability and this voucher cannot be redeemed on event dates, these will be advised during the booking process. A maximum of 4 guests may stay in the Residence Suite. Your voucher is valid for 24 months, is non-transferrable and no refund is available for part use. Your voucher is for single use only and cannot be used with any other offer or promotion. This voucher must be presented upon arrival.
